and messages or reminders you create. This information is used to enable Priio to deliver products that you have ordered,
to fulfill requests that you have created, to contact you or the recipient(s) in the event of order or delivery difficulties,
to respond to your inquiries and to deliver services and information about our products or web site to you. We use third
parties to help us provide services, such as fulfilling orders, processing payments, monitoring site activity.
You should be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if necessary to do so by law or based on our good faith
belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with the law or is necessary to protect the users of our Web site, the site, or the public.

SECURITY STATEMENT:
Priio takes the following types of security measures: use of technologies and policies such as limited access data-centers,
firewall technology, secure socket layer certificate authentication and limitations of administrative access to our systems.
In addition, it is our policy not to send your credit card number via e-mail. In fact, this is a practice we recommend you adopt
in all of your Internet activities.
We designed our website to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology;
for example, 3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer. This means you should not be able to
inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
While we implement the above security measures on this site, you should be aware that 100% security is not always possible.
RETURNS POLICY:
Development boards (with no software) and programming cables may be returned within 10 days from date of purchase, provided the
merchandise is in “like-new” condition. The item must include all the components that it came with and any booklets and/or paperwork.
A 15% open box fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.
Products with physical damage due to abuse, misuse, accident or negligence, as well as products that are physically altered, are non-refundable.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process from the date that Priio receives the merchandise, and will be credited to the credit card account
used for the original purchase and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Software Solutions, Development Board Software, Software Applications & Product Software are non-refundable once opened
(For downloadable products, after the zip pass code e-mail received), seal broken or installed.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT REPLACEMENT:
If the product is “defective” or inoperable, Priio will exchange or replace products for the first 30 days after purchase. To exchange or replace a defective product please contact Priio via the contact information below, and you will be issued a RMA “Return Materials Authorization” number. Priio is not required to refund or replacement until we receive the product in question from you. Please keep in mind that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
